Gosireh’s Executive Chef Reveals YJ’s Recovery & New Menu Taste Testing
Masato Hagiwara will be doing the voice-over in Japanese as Yonsama in TWSSG (starting April on NHK).

Yonsama’s favorite dishes were the mixed grain rice, doen jang chigae (Korean style miso soup), and the roasted Iberiko pork.
“He didn’t just say a dish was ‘delicious’ but he would give his clear opinion for each dish.”
This was Yonsama’s first work day for the 2008 year. He made the suggestion, “Overall, the quantity should perhaps be decreased. It’s wasteful to leave food.” he said even offering ecological-minded advice.
