“On September 24, location filming was in the city of Kuri, neighboring Seoul, from the evening. Yong Joon arrived on the set after noon in his 'official auto' the Maybach, smiling and waving to fans.” (location staff)

On September 27, filming continued until 6 pm. at Anmyeon Island. The end of September is the Chuseok holiday and most people are off for the holidays. But Yonsama worked through the holiday on the TWSSG location filming.

“During the Chuseok holiday and finding a break in the location filming, Yong Joon-san and the cast members visited director Kim Jong Hak who was being hospitalized as a result of the auto accident,” according to Korean newspaper reporter.

The official TWSSSG photo album will go on sale January 1, 2008 (12,000 yen). The Brokore homepage is currently taking pre-orders. This photo album with a large A3 size, will feature photos of Yonsama brandishing a sword, and silver-haired godlike images in 100 + pages.

The New Year will begin with Yonsama’s smiling face!?

bb: here's a second piece of translation work from our dear sweet sister...
this one's interesting, the article's about books that 16 hallyu stars enjoyed.
in fact, even more than that, the article claims that
the stars revealed that those books had changed their lives!

sweet sister said it's a long article,
and she's only translated the part on wuri yong joon.
but she did say she'll be happy to do the rest if any of you is interested.
heehee, let's spare her, shall we?
if she has time,
i'm sure we'll much rather she translates more stuff related to wuri yong joon, huh?
hee...

anyhow, appreciate all your hard work, dear sister!

16 Hallyu Stars Reveal, "The Book that Changed My Life"

According to the 2006 Korean National Library Survey, a Korean adult reads an average of 12 books a year.

The trend in Korea is the same as in Japan, where people are reading fewer books but our STAR report shows that there are many hallyu stars who are avid readers, according to a Korean newspaper reporter.

As we head into the fall reading season, we introduce those 'book lovers'!

First off is BYJ who stars in TWSSG which began broadcasting in Korea from September 10.

"Yonsama’s favorite book is, 'Who Moved My Cheese?' by Dr. Spencer Johnson, and he is reading, 'The Present'.

Also, he is a great fan of Murakami Haruki and he has read through most of his works that have been translated into Korean.

He is such an enthusiastic fan of Murakami to go as far as reading the short stories of Raymond Carver in their original form that Murakami has recommended," said a cultural arts magazine publisher.

"Japanese literature has been a big trend in Korea these past several years, and novels by such authors such as Murakami Haruki have gathered support by the young generation."

Within Korea’s entertainment world, there are many other enthusiastic fans beside Yonsama who are fans of Murakami’s works.
