Yonsama Samples Gosireh 1st Year Anniversary Menu
"I wanted you to have a taste."
"My mother always used to serve heaps of food."
Yonsama spoke and talked as he sat at the table, with dishes of 'mother’s home cooking' lined up before him.
"Yoboseyo" (suimasen, excuse me) he called out to the serving staff to ask for a refill on the rice, as he appeared like a growing young boy.
"I ate seaweed soup everyday. (Mother said) It cleans your blood." as she made us eat it. Mother did not use any artificial seasonings in the children’s food. But she did use them in only Father’s food. The reason she did was because Father ate out a lot and was used to the seasonings (laughs)" as he gazes off. He seemed to be fondly remembering dining scenes where the family was one happy circle.
On August 10, Gosireh celebrated its first anniversary, and inside the restaurant, Yonsama’s latest video letter is playing. The promotional event will continue until August 24, and will offer the omoni table (10,000 yen) which Yonsama sampled in Jeju.
On July 12, during a break in filming of TWSSG, the video was taped at Haevichi Resort located one hour by car from Jeju Airport. A cooking teacher from Gosireh prepared the food and the tableware was also brought in from Gosireh. (“A Kitchen” staff member)
Then August 29 is Yonsama’s 35th birthday. Both the days of the 28th and 29th were set aside for the BYJ Birthday Course but due to heavy demand, reservations have already closed.
"Of the approximate 3,500 applications received, 300 people were selected for the Birthday Course. Various events are planned beginning in September. September brings the Korean New Year and the traditional menu, how to prepare song pyong, (rice cake) in a cooking class taught by the head chef." TWSSG will air in Korea starting September 10. In the midst of an intense heat wave, the Jeju location filming has also entered its final stage. Eat hearty and hang tough!

TWSSG to be Broadcast 9/10 in Korea! & Location Report During Intense Heat Wave
The broadcast of the drama TWSSG, which has been delayed numerous times, will finally be aired starting September 10 in Korea (MBC).
